Improved Intranet Search

The utility of any intranet is often judged by how easily it can be searched. Our move to SharePoint, brought with it an extremely robust search engine that, for the first time we can tweak to match common user searches. Our users are not accustomed to document search, and currently people searches deliver irrelevant and out of date results. We will now implement best bet results and tune search results to provide relevance to searches logged by the system.
