PeopleSoft Job Ad Posting to FirstAdvantage Postmaster LX

A key weakness of Hudson’s current posting process was the inability to tie applicants and their source to Job Orders within the system. This was mainly caused by recruiters not copying the Job Order from PeopleSoft into the postings that they put on the Internet. We solved this issue by creating a posting workflow directly from PeopleSoft to the Job Distribution tool, with the Job Order number defaulted. This is the new Job Ad tab that was added to PeopleSoft Job Orders for recruiters to manage the posting process.
